So far, Hornchurch &amp; Upminster Constituency has&nbsp;seen a multiple number of roads repaired including parts of North Street in Hornchurch, Station Lane in Upminster as well as Great Nelmes Chase, Emerson Park.&nbsp;</p> <p>This month, attention will turn to St. Mary's Lane, Upminster.
