Support our campaign for new CCTV Cameras in Platford Green

We all know that crime is a problem in our area. But here is the worrying thing.

Between July 2023 and April 2024 there have been 23 crimes reported across Garlands Way, Acre View, Russets, Brindles, Birch Crescent, Tyle Green, Platford Green, Newman Close and Wakerfield Close. These range from burglaries and car thefts to anti-social behaviour.

Whilst Sadiq Khan is responsible for policing in London, we believe more must be done. That is why we are campaigning for new CCTV cameras and signage for our local area. This will deter crime but also help our hardworking police catch criminals. Julia Lopez MP has also been campaigning to save Hornchurch Police Station from Sadiq Khan’s sale. To get CCTV, we need public support, that is why your local Conservative Action Team volunteers, Adam Baker, Bernice Robinson and Dominic Swan, have launched a petition. Havering Council must do more.

You can support the campaign below by signing.
