Saint Andrews ward is based around the Hornchurch Town Centre. The eastern boundary is the River Ravensbourne and Harrow Lodge Park. The southern boundary is along the District Line from Elm Park to Upminster Bridge, but not including Hornchurch station, where the boundary is Suttons Avenue. The northern boundary is the Upminster to Romford Railway line.
