Hornchurch Job Fair

Your local MP, Julia Lopez, is hosting a Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair at Queen's Theatre on 10 February with the local JobCentre and Havering's schools and businesses. It follows a successful Jobs Fair in August when over 60 residents secured a job or training.

 

£2.46 million grant to help Havering’s Homeless

From April, Havering will receive £2.46m from the government to prevent homelessness and £2.56m the year after. The grant can be used flexibly by councils to offer financial aid for people to find a new home, provide temporary accommodation and work with landlords to prevent evictions.
